Payment Schedule

Your payments for any of our services/ products does not constitute a credit, and therefore cannot be used toward our other services. You are accountable for the full balance of your contract whether you decide to complete the project or not.

Overdue Invoices

In the event of overdue invoices, the following payment policy applies:

  • Grace Period: A grace period of 4 days will be granted from the due date of the invoice. This period allows clients to settle their outstanding balances without immediate penalty.
  • Late Fee After Grace Period: Beyond the grace period, starting from the 5th day after the due date, a late fee of 15% of the total invoice amount will be applied. This fee serves as a reminder and encourages timely payment.
  • Increased Late Fees:
    • If the invoice remains unpaid after 10 days from the original due date, a 35% late payment fee will be added to the invoice.
    • If the invoice remains unpaid after 20 days of the original due date, a 100% late fee, equivalent to the full invoice amount, will be added to the invoice.
  • Service Termination and Legal Notice: Failure to settle the invoice within 30 days from the original due date will result in the termination of the service. Following this action, a legal notice may be issued to the client. Upon service termination, the client forfeits the right to request the resumption of the service or access to any project-related credentials or documentation. To resume the service or obtain project documentation, the client must settle all outstanding debts.

General Terms

  • All fees and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments should be made within the stipulated time frames to avoid penalties.
  • The company reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion.

Standard Refund terms

Products purchased from Wrytx may be refunded only if canceled within 14 days of the date of the transaction.

Note: Tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We will not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products purchased using tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.

“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Wrytx in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use).

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products:

For any marketing related service, we will be only responsible for the end result when work will be commenced under our strategy. We will not take any responsibility otherwise. Other than this, we will also not be responsible for the products/service that is sold by the company we are working for.

All payments must be made on an advanced basis for all kinds of services except for any special offer or trial.

Refunds from Balance

Over-funded balance can be refunded within 30 days of the payment that resulted in the over-funding. In special cases, other payments can be refunded instead of the original payment if the 30-day time-frame can be applied to those payments.

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel their ongoing projects or services with Wrytx Media LLP, including but not limited to technical support, marketing services, social media management, and influencer marketing. It is crucial for both parties to understand these terms to ensure a smooth and amicable termination process if needed.

General Terms

  • Applicability: This policy applies to all clients engaged in monthly service plans with Wrytx Media LLP, excluding those enrolled in annual plans.
  • Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines regarding the cancellation of services, ensuring transparency and fairness between Wrytx Media LLP and its clients.

Cancellation Process

To cancel any ongoing project or service, both the client and Wrytx Media LLP must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date. This notice period allows for adequate time to address any concerns, transfer responsibilities, or make necessary adjustments.


  • Annual Plans: Clients enrolled in annual plans are exempt from the 30-day notice requirement. These clients may terminate their services upon providing 30 days’ notice from the commencement of the next billing cycle.
  • Immediate Termination: In exceptional circumstances where immediate termination is deemed necessary (e.g., breach of contract), either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately, subject to the provision of evidence supporting the necessity for such action.


All cancellations must be communicated through official channels designated by Wrytx Media LLP. This ensures that all relevant details are captured accurately and that both parties have a record of the cancellation request.

Consequences of Non-compliance

Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in the forfeiture of any remaining prepaid fees for the canceled services. Additionally, Wrytx Media LLP reserves the right to impose penalties or take legal action against clients who fail to comply with this policy.

  • Review and Amendments: This policy is subject to review and amendment by Wrytx Media LLP. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through their account dashboard.
  • Acceptance: By engaging in services with Wrytx Media LLP, clients agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Payment & Cancellation Policy.
